23 years of experience HR field, Ranny has established herself as a seasoned practitioner. She has held generalist roles in diverse retail, advertising, and technology industries. She handles all HR function with strength in Talent Management , Organization Transformation, Employee Experience .
A people person, proactive, fast learner and multitasking person who love to motivate others and is always happy to share her thoughts and happiness to others.
She believes that happiness is contagious, when you work happily, everyone around you will see it and feel it and it will motivate them.
